Family Resource Connection’s (FRC) Choices & Changes program helps you examine your negative behaviors and anger issues during a 29-week program. Attending this program gives you a fresh perspective about your actions so you can make changes in your life that encourage and allow positive relationships with others.

Battery is defined by Florida law and includes aggravated battery, sexual battery, aggravated stalking, intentional assault, sexual assault, aggravated assault, stalking, false imprisonment, kidnapping or any other action resulting in injury or death of one or more family members by another member. Most often, anger management is order by the court any time there has been an allegation of battery and/or domestic violence.

At FRC, we believe most people want to learn to communicate in a loving and respectfully way so they can have quality relationships at home and work. Our class is designed to help you identify what triggers your anger so that you can learn to express your feelings and communicate in a non-violent manner.
